Friendly Automate is a Swiss, privacy-first marketing automation platform built on the open-source Mautic engine.
Friendly Automate is made by Friendly, a Swiss software company that stores all of its product data in Switzerland and operates as an "open startup", publishing its finances and source code. The automation product is built on top of the open-source Mautic project.
It provides multi-step automation workflows, email campaigns, lead scoring, segmentation and landing pages, hosted under Swiss data-protection law and the GDPR with the "swiss hosting" label. For organisations that want enterprise-grade automation without sending data to US clouds, it is a privacy-first alternative to HubSpot and ActiveCampaign.
