SUSE Virtualization
An open-source hyperconverged infrastructure platform from German Linux vendor SUSE for running virtual machines alongside containers.
SUSE Virtualization is an enterprise virtualisation product from SUSE, the open-source software company headquartered in Nuremberg, Germany. Built on the open-source Harvester project, it delivers a hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI) platform on top of Kubernetes.
It lets teams run traditional virtual machines and containerised workloads side by side with integrated compute, storage and networking, managed through Rancher with enterprise support. As a German open-source HCI platform it is a European alternative to VMware vSphere and Nutanix.
