Nextcloud Talk is the video conferencing and chat component of the Nextcloud platform, developed by Nextcloud GmbH in Stuttgart, Germany. It is part of a wider open source collaboration suite used by governments and enterprises across Europe.
It delivers private audio and video calls, group conferences, screen sharing and text chat that can be fully self-hosted on your own infrastructure with end-to-end encryption. As open source software you control completely, it is a sovereign European alternative to Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
