Keila is an open-source newsletter tool from Germany that you can self-host or use as a hosted, GDPR-friendly service.
Keila is developed in Germany and released as open-source software, giving organisations full control over their newsletter infrastructure. It can be self-hosted or used through the maintainers’ EU-hosted offering.
It supports campaigns, segmentation, signup forms and sending through providers such as Amazon SES or your own SMTP server, with a clean interface and a strong privacy stance. For privacy-conscious teams and non-profits, Keila is an open and self-hostable alternative to Mailchimp.
