Friendly Analytics is a privacy-first analytics service operated from Switzerland by friendly.ch, built on the open-source Matomo engine and hosted on Swiss infrastructure. It gives organisations website statistics without handing data to third parties.
Alongside cookie-less web analytics it offers session recordings and heatmaps to show how visitors behave on a page, with hosting under strict Swiss and EU data-protection law. As a Swiss provider, it is a European alternative to Hotjar and Google Analytics.
