CryptPad is an end-to-end encrypted collaboration suite developed by XWiki SAS in France, supported by EU research funding. It is built for users and teams that need privacy-preserving document collaboration.
It offers real-time collaborative documents, spreadsheets, presentations, forms and kanban boards with zero-knowledge encryption, meaning the server cannot read your content, and it can be self-hosted. As an open source, privacy-first European product, it is a sovereign alternative to Google Docs.
